Nature has shown us that she and not mankind is in control on this planet.

Once again it has hit the poorest of this world the hardest, while, with the exception of a few Christmas tourists, the developed world has been spared. Nature can be a brutal moralist.

My sincerest condolences to all those who have lost loved ones in South East Asia.
