I have to hand it to Hugh’s Space, for once he has found something about the EU before I did.

EU Tube is a YouTube channel by the European Commission about all things EU. It is not only entertaining, you might actually learn something.

I completely forgot to mention that Wimbledon is on again and that as a consequence I am glued to the telly whenever I get the chance. However, it is but small recompense for missing the Summer JADE Meeting in Paris, which, even though the organisation team should really be exiled to the moon, I would have loved to attend.

My dear friends Desi and Natalia are running for positions on the next JADE Executive Board and I wish them both all the best. My thoughts are with you both.

Today the nation wide no smoking laws have taken effect. Bars, clubs and all other public places with a roof on it are now smoke free.

Today I also celebrate 6 months of no smoking. Yeah it is true, I had my last cigarette on January first this year, and so far it is looking good.
